To many people read too many things in this category.

Itโ€™s environmentally sustainable, itโ€™s healthier than meat, itโ€™s cruelty- free, itโ€™s cool, itโ€™s innovative, itโ€™s foodtech, itโ€™s a solution to global protein malnutrition.

Granted that the above elements are there in various proportions. I would say these are some of the positive externalities of the space.

But, if you are in the business of plant based meat, to have a scalable and high growth business just remember the fundamental nature of this product.
