250 grams Veg Meat
4 tablespoons oil (We recommend RCM Health Guard Rice Bran Oil.)
3 onions, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 whole red chilis
1 teaspoon of black mustard seeds
15 curry leaves
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Paste For the Marinate
1 inch ginger piece
20 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
6 black peppers
2 whole red chilies
2 black cardamoms
50 grams fresh coconut
2 cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 cup of water
Step 1: Open the Veg Meat packet and take out the pieces.
Step 2: Put all the ingredients of paste into food processor jar and grind until the smooth paste.
Step 3: Marinate Veg Meat with the paste for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, whole red chillis, curry leafs, wait for till sputter then add chopped onions and stir-fry until the golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes mushy.
Step 5: Add marinated Veg Meat into this and cook on slow flame for 5-8 minutes with continually stir.
Step 6: Now pour 2 cups of water and mix well then cook with cover on slow flame for 8-10 minutes.
Step 7: After cooked garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
