250 gram Veg Meat
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 big onions fine chopped
2 green capsicums cut in cub size
2 tablespoon chopped ginger garlic
3 big tomatoes fine chopped
2 teaspoons red chili powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoons garam masala
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons oil (We recommend RCM Health Guard Rice Bran Oil.)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1 stick of cinnamon
2 black cardamoms
Step 1: Open the Veg Meat packet and take out the pieces.
Step 2: For marinate take a bowl, add Veg Meat, lemon juice and salt, keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Heat sufficient oil in a pan/kadai then fry Veg Meat for 1 minute and put aside.
Step 4: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan/kadai on a low flame. Add all the whole spices and brown them. Add chopped onions and stir-fry until the onions turn transparent then add chopped ginger garlic and stir-fry on a low flame until light golden brown.
Step 5: Add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and red chili powder. Mix well and cook on a low flame until the oil separates.
Step 6: Add fried Veg Meat and capsicums, cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Step 7: Put out the flame and add chopped green coriander. Serve hot.
