250 grams Veg Meat
4 tablespoons oil (We recommend RCM Health Guard Rice Bran Oil.)
4 onions, cut into thin slice
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaf
1 Bay leaf
2 nos of cloves
1 stick of cinnamon
2 nos of black cardamoms
Paste For the marinate
1 inch ginger piece
10 cloves of garlic
5 green chillis
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
5 nos cashew nuts
1/2 cup of water
Salt to taste
Step 1: Open the Veg Meat packet and take out the pieces, wash with cold water then cut each piece in small size.
Step 2: Put all the ingredients of paste into food processor jar and grind until the smooth paste.
Step 3: Marinate Veg Meat with the paste for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pressure cooker on medium heat. Add all the whole spices and wait for till sputter then add onions slices and stir-fry until the golden brown.
Step 5: Add marinated Veg Meat into this and cook on slow flame for 8-10 minutes with continually stir.
Step 6: Now pour 2 cups of water and mix well, cover the pressure cooker and let cook for 2-3 whistles then put of the flame.
Step 7: Open the pressure cooker and cook again until the gravy thick.
Step 8: After cooked garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
