250g Good Dot Vegetarian Meat
2 Tablespoons RCM Health Guard Oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 Teaspoons ginger garlic paste/chopped
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
1 Teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 Teaspoon veg Meat masala
1 Teaspoon chopped green chilli
1 Tablespoon chopped green coriander leaves
Salt to taste.
Step 1: Heat RCM Health Guard Oil in a pan, add chopped onions and stir fry until they turn golden brown in color. Now, add ginger garlic paste and fry on a low flame for 1 minute.
Step 2: Add the chopped tomatoes and 2 Tablespoons of water. Cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 3: Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, meat masala, green chilli and salt. Then stir fry for 3 minutes continuously and let the vegetarian meat pieces get coated well with the masala and cook on a medium flame for another 5 minutes, stirring continuously. As needed, sprinkle a little water to prevent the masala from burning.
Step 4: Add the vegetarian meat and mix well, cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot garnished with chopped green coriander.
