250 grams Veg Meat
For the marinate
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1 cup hang vegan/non-dairy curd (Dahi)
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
2 tablespoons grated vegan/non-dairy cheese
2 tablespoons vegan/non-dairy cream
Salt to taste
To make soft & juicy
1 tablespoon vegan/non-dairy butter
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon chopped green coriander
Step 1: Open the Veg Meat packet and take out the pieces.
Step 2: Take a big bowl and add into this Veg Meat and all the ingredients. Mix well and let them marinate for at least two hours. (Keep in the refrigerator).
Step 3: After marinated arrange the Veg Meat pieces on the skewer. Keep a little gap between each piece.
Roast in the oven/tandoor
Step 4: Preheat the oven at 250°C.
Step 5: Roast Veg Meat Malai Tikka in the preheated oven/tandoor for 8-10 minutes or till the browned on top. (While roasting turn skewer in every 2-3 minutes and baste with the melted vegan/non-dairy butter).
Step 6: Now take out the skewer from the Heat and remove skewer then transfer into a bowl and add all the ingredients of Soft & Juicy.
Step 7: Mix well and serve hot with mint sauce.
OR Roast on a pan/tava
Baste the frying pan with 2 tablespoons oil or vegan/non-dairy butter on medium flame then place the marinated pieces on the pan and stir-fry them until the pieces well browns all the sides.
