250 grams Veg Meat
4 tablespoons RCM Health Guard Oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 big onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped Ginger
3 big tomatoes, finely chopped
4 green chilis, chopped
2 teaspoons red chili powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Step 1: Open the Veg Meat packet and take out the pieces.
Step 2: Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pan/kadai on low flame. Add cumin seeds and let get them brown, now add chopped onions and ginger then stir-fry until onions turn transparent.
Step 3: Add chopped tomato, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, gram masala powder and cook for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
Step 4: Add chopped Veg Meat and cook over a medium flame for 5-8 minutes or until the product is well-cooked.
Step 5: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan.
