100gm Goodgot Proteiz
1 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
5 green chillis chopped
½ teaspoon White pepper powder
2 tablespoons Wheat flour
1 tablespoons Corn flour
½ teaspoon Soya sauce
2 teaspoons vinegar
Salt to taste
For the sauce
2 tablespoons RCM Health Guard Oil
2 onions diced
2 capsicums diced
1+1 Red and Yellow Capsicum (Optional)
1 tablespoon Chopped ginger garlic
2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce
2 tablespoons Green chilli sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon White pepper powder
2 cups water
1 teaspoon Soya sauce
½ tablespoon Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Ajinomoto (optional)
1 tablespoon Corn flour (dissolve in ½ cup cold water)
Salt to taste
Step 1: Boil Proteiz in 1 litter water for 6-7 minutes then drain the water and squeeze Proteiz properly, keep aside in a bowl.
Step 2: Marinate the Proteiz with all marinating ingredients for minimum 30 minutes or more keep in refrigerator.
Step 3: Heat sufficient RCM Health Guard Oil in a pan/kadai then deep fry the Proteiz pieces until becomes golden brown.
Step 4: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a deep pan. Add chopped ginger garlic, green chillies and stir fry for 30 seconds, now add fried Proteiz, onions and capsicum.
Step 5: Sauté on high flame then add remaining ingredients in the sauce, mix well and cook till the sauce is reduced & Proteiz pieces are coated well with the sauce. Serve hot.
