100g Good Dot Proteiz
4 tablespoons RCM Health Guard Oil
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
½ cup chopped tomatoes
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons chilli powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons chopped green chilli
1 tablespoon chopped green coriander leaf
Salt to taste
Step 1: Put 100g Proteiz into 1 liter of water and boil it for 6-7 minutes. Next, drain out the water, let the Proteiz cool, and squeeze out excess water thoroughly. Chop the Proteiz to the size needed.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan/kadhai and add chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until they turn light brown in color.
Step 3: Add the chopped tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of water and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 4: Add the turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, green chili and salt. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 5 minutes while stirring continuously, sprinkle a little water to prevent the masalas from burning.
Step 5: Add the chopped Proteiz and lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot garnished with chopped green coriander.
