• Onion (chopped) – 1 medium
  • Coriander (finely chopped)
  • Tomato (finely chopped) -2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 spoon
  • Vegetarian bytz – 1 packet
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Red chili powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric – Half teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoon
  • Red chili – 3


  • Roast all the whole spices in a pan and transfer them to a plate to let them cool completely. Put them in a mixer grinder and make its fine powder.
  • Now add some oil to the same pan and heat it. Once the oil gets hot, cook veg bytz pieces on high flame.
  • Add chopped onion to it and cook for some time.
  • Turn the flame to low and add ginger garlic paste and tomato after few minutes. Let it cook for some time.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt, half teaspoon turmeric and powder of roasted spice powder. Mix well and add half glass water to it, turn the flame high, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.
  • Now add black pepper powder and mix well. Turn the flame to low and let it cook.
  • Turn off the flame when the water dries and garnish it with fresh coriander. Veg Bytz sukka is ready to eat.
