• Potato (boiled) – 1 to 2 medium
  • Onion (finely chopped) -2 big
  • Green chilli (finely chopped) – 2 to 3
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetarian bytz – 1 packet
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Red chili powder – 3 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Health guard oil – 2 to 3 tablespoons for cooking, 500 g for frying
  • Refined wheat flour – 3 to 4 cups
  • Corn flour – 2 tablespoon
  • Chat masala – 2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon


For stuffing:

  • Put some oil in a pan and let it heat.
  • Put some cumin seeds in hot oil and let them pop. Add onion to the same oil and cook until golden.
  • Mash the boiled potatoes and put them in same pan along with the powdered spices.
  • Add chopped coriander to prepared stuffing and let it cool in a plate.

For shots:

  • Take Refined wheat flour in a broad utensil and make a soft dough out of it (Don’t make the dough too soft).
  • Add corn flour in stuffing, mix it properly and make small ball from it.
  • Make round sheets from the dough and cut long strips from it.
  • Place the stuffing in refined flour strip and wrap it in a round shaped ball. Insert a toothpick in between and deep fry it until turn golden brown.
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup and Veg btyz Shots are ready to eat.
