- Take flour in a wide utensil and put 1 kg flour, 2 spoon oil, cumin seeds, carrom seeds and mix lightly.
- Add boiled and finely chopped proteiz in the flour.
- Now add water to it and make soft dough out of it.
- Make small puries anf deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame. Serve it with aaloo sabzi.

- Red chili powder – 1 to 2 teaspoon
