• Gram flour – 250 g
  • Sugar – 250 g
  • Cardamom powder – 10 g
  • Mace powder – 5 g
  • Pistachio (chopped) – 50 g
  • Coconut powder – 50 g
  • RCM Health-Guard Oil – 150 g
  • RCM flour – 100 g
  • Proteiz (powdered) – 50 g


  • Grind proteiz in a fine paste with the help of a mixer keep it aside.
  • Mix gram flour and RCM flour in a wide utensil. Add a little oil and water to it and mix well.
  • Now make big laddoo from the prepared mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and roast the laddoo in it.
  • When it is roasted nicely and proteiz powder to it and roast it for a few more minutes.
  • Now transfer the roasted mixture in a bowl.
  • Make sugar syrup with water and sugar. When syrup is ready add roasted mixture in it along with cardamom powder, mace powder, and grated coconut. Mix all these well.
  • Apply oil in a wide plate and spread the prepared mixture in it. Sprinkle the chopped pistachio over it and press with well.
  • Leave if for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Proteiz burfi is ready to eat.
