- Add 50 g proteiz plus to boiled water and leave it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes cut it in small pieces.
- Boil milk (vegan) in a deep pan for some time and then add the proteiz plus to it.
- Add all the remaining ingredients except kheer masala and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Once fully cooked garnish it with kheer masala and serve.
PROTEIZ PLUS KHEER
- Proteiz plus – 50g
- Sugar – 2 to 3 cups
- Milk (vegan) – 1 liter
- Dried coconut (powdered) – 1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg – 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
- Kheer masala – 1 tablespoon
- Raisins – 1 tablespoon
