- Coarsely grind the dry proteiz in a mixer grinder and mix it well with RCM flour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the flour mixture in it.
- Roast it on low flame until its color changes a little bit.
- Now add 2 to 3 glass water and mix vigorously.
- Add sugar in it and mix again until the sugar dissolves in it completely.
- At last add cardamom powder and mix it. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and serve.

- Health guard oil – 4 tablespoon
- RCM flour – 100 g
- Sugar – 250 g
- Chopped dry fruits – 2 tablespoon
- Raisins – 1 tablespoon
