• Proteiz – Half packet
  • Health guard oil – 4 tablespoon
  • RCM flour – 100 g
  • Sugar – 250 g
  • Chopped dry fruits – 2 tablespoon
  • Raisins – 1 tablespoon


  • Coarsely grind the dry proteiz in a mixer grinder and mix it well with RCM flour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the flour mixture in it.
  • Roast it on low flame until its color changes a little bit.
  • Now add 2 to 3 glass water and mix vigorously.
  • Add sugar in it and mix again until the sugar dissolves in it completely.
  • At last add cardamom powder and mix it. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and serve.
