For boiling proteiz:
- Boil water in a pan and turn off the fame. Empty a packet a proteiz in hot water and leave it for 10 minutes.
- After ten minutes transfer the proteiz from hot water to cold water.
- Squeeze it lightly.
For marinade and proteiz:
- Take refined flour, corn flour, ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, and a little water in a bowl and make paste form it.
- Add proteiz in it and mix well and marinate it for 10 minutes.
- Deep fry the marinated proteiz on medium flame in oil till golden brown in color.
- Transfer the proteiz on tissue paper.
For proteiz chilli:
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped ginger and garlic and cook them well.
- Now add chopped capsicum, onion, green chilli till they turn little soft.
- Add GoodDot Chinese sauce to the veggies and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Add fried proteiz to the sauce and mix well. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish the prepared proteiz chilli with chopped green onion.
