- Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let seeds pop.
- Add onion and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the curry paste to the pan along with salt (as required) and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Add boiled chickpeas to the gravy and cook for 5 to 7.
- Turn the flame to low and cover the pan with lid. Cook it for 2 minutes.
