• Onion – 1 medium
  • Green chili – 2
  • Coriander leaves
  • Garlic – 1
  • MY SECRET Curry paste
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Gram flour – 3 tablespoon
  • Carrom seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds – half teaspoon


  • Add gram flour, salt, carrom seeds, oil, and water in a mixing bowl and knead it into a dough.
  • Make small rolls from this gram flour dough. Boil these rolls in water until they become soft.
  • Let the rolls cool down. Cut them into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds. Let the seeds pop.
  • Add finely chopped garlic and cook it well.
  • Now add onion and green chilli and cook them well.
  • Add curry paste and cook for some time.
  • Now add a glass of water and let it come to a boil. Add the prepared pieces (besan gatte) to the gravy and cook on medium flame them until its water dries up.
  • Garnish the prepared besan gatte curry with coriander leaves and serve.
