- Boil the potatoes till 4 to 5 whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry boiled potato until they turn golden brown in color.
- Add curry paste in the potatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt as per taste.
- Turn the flame to lowest and Cook for 5 minutes with lid on.
After 5 minutes turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander
