Team Good Dot

If you are a true foodie and outgoing by nature, you must have tried many versions of Meat Saagwala. Indians aren’t afraid to experiment with their collard greens and it’s evident in their love for Palak Paneer, Sarson Da Saag, Methi Chicken, and countless other dishes.

With Saag, it’s about preserving the aroma and fresh colour quotient. The slower you cook a saag recipe, the more buttery it becomes. Palak (Spinach) Saag is so healthy that just one decent dollop of it on your plate and offers your body a good dose of iron and vitamins.

And, maybe it even tastes delicious when cooked with mutton. But did you know that a 100 gram serving of real mutton has 21 grams of fat? Oops! Not so healthy anymore? So, stop making half-hearted attempts at a healthier diet and cut your fat intake by 33% with Good Dot Vegetarian Meat today.

To get you started, here’s our delicious Saagwala Meat recipe for you to try.
